RETURNS

We offer a 30 days return policy. 
You must send us an email to organise the return to: info@footmaster.com.au

We won't accept returns for the following:
Shoes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway
Shoes not in original packaging.

Before you send it back to us, you must request a return authorisation  by emailing info@footmaster.com.au
Please, make sure you include your order number and reason for return in the email so we can assist you.

We process all returns within 4 days of receiving your items.
We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Please note:
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. 
 
STORE CREDITS
Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
 
RETURN POSTAGE
You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us.
We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
We don't accept returns in Footmaster Stores.
